Total Body Stretch & Strength

This full body workout combines strength, balance and flexibility. This class will focus on strengthening the core and limbs while improving the body’s overall balance, posture, muscle tone and mobility. Each class will start with a dynamic mobility warmup, followed by a strength workout and end with a yoga-infused static stretch. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced, since everyone works at their own intensity, and modifications are provided. Training in this supportive, motivating group environment is not only fun, but effective in helping you reach your fitness goals! Led by a certified personal trainer, you WILL see results in this class! Participants must be 18 years and older to attend. Please bring a water, a mat, appropriate sized dumbbell(s) for exercises and handkerchief or yoga strap.
